Our team of JIB approved electricians cover all aspects of electrical engineering, from a single socket up to complete design and installation projects certified to the current edition IEE wiring regulations.

• Electrical Installation - Design and Installation of all types of Lighting, Power & Electrical Technical systems to BS7671 and NICEIC standards.
• Periodic Test & Inspection - 5 yearly Testing certified to BS7671 & NICEIC standards
• Portable Appliance Testing - Annual Safety Check in accordance with the current Heath & Safety at Work Act.
• Fire Alarms - Design, Installation and Certification of Convention & Analogue Addressable system to BS5839 Pt II, BAFE & BS7671 standards.
• Nurse Call - Design, Installation and Certification of Convention & Addressable systems using the latest technology
• Emergency Lighting - Design, Installation and Certification of installations to BS5266 Pt 1 & BS7671.

Maintenance

Cannings offer Planned & Reactive Maintenance Services coving the South West with 24/hr 7 days/week coverage. From ad-hoc callouts for simple faults to fully integrated contacts we can tailor our service to you requirements within a Service Level Agreement with measurable Key Performance Indicators

Annually the company certifies 100's of properties and test in access of 100,000 portable appliances giving you the peace of mind that you are operating a safe and efficient working environment.
