We have a knowledgeable team of trained personnel based at Stratford House, together with a team of fully trained field engineers. This service can be included in the planned maintenance contracts that Cannings offer, providing the complete Building Service package.

CCS can provide remote monitoring of energy consumption with the installation of approved products such as data loggers, air quality monitors etc, that can contribute to the conservation of resources and reduce emissions. This is an important aspect when taking into account factors such as climate change and Part L Building Regulations.

Our specialist service covers all leading manufacturers equipment such as TAC Satchwell, Trend, Siemens, Smartkontrols, Danfoss, Andover along with many European controls that are now appearing on the market.

Apart from our core business our staff have been involved in the design of plc programming for major lighting displays, radio control of fairground rides, remote control of domestic services and Fire & Rescue training centre temperature monitoring for Health & Safety, with alarm and full PC graphic display. If it needs controlling - we can do it!

CCS is now able to offer a further service, that of design and manufacture of plant control panels and enclosure for HVAC projects and process control for the manufacturing industry.
