From our early beginnings as an Electrical & Plumbing Contractor from Ian Cannings Basement in Exeter in 1969, to one of the largest Building Services Contractors in the South West our success has both been humble and dynamic growing through investment and experience. Over the course of our history technologies and standards have changed drastically but our core values and commitment to personal service still continues to date. With the transition from Ian to his Son Bradley in 2003 as Managing Director the company continues from strength to strength providing traditional, technical and turnkey solutions directly to the market place.

Our wealth of experience, investment and reputation backed by our profession and dedicated team giving a consistency of service that has attracted many of our clients to date.

As a testament to this the company still continues to run indentured apprentice schemes ensuring that the next generation of 'Cannings' Engineers continue the high standards which we demand.
